THE EIGHT KNIGHTS OF HEALTH

Health connotes one's total well being. A man's state of mind determines his health. The eight knights of health are being controlled by one prince; the mind.

In the latter part of that scripture, Apostle Paul told us to think on these things. Now watch it! why didn't he say 'act on these things' or 'do these things'?
Paul understood the scripture of the bible where it was stated that 'in the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh'. Therefore, these are the knights of total well being.
